THE CAUSE (WHY BOB DOES WHAT HE DOES)

300,000 attempts at suicide every year with the young people of America. More teenagers died last year than the entire Iraqi war. Every 30 seconds a teenager is attempting suicide due to bullying.

I was planning my death a few nights ago, and prior to meeting you today, I cut my wrist twice Tuesday night. However I'm not the least bit ashamed to say that I will no longer continue to self mutilate because of you! I'm so grateful that you came to the school today, or I'd have gone through with my decision. All my life, I've just wanted to meet someone who showed that they truly care whether I'm alive or if I just disappear suddenly. You sir have shown me that there is hope and staying alive is worth it.

The Outline and design of the show

is a REALITY SHOW with structure

of the show with similar formats as

AMERICAN IDOL... SURVIVOR ...and other Competition style

Reality Shows...And it's own unique reality to be polished as

needed to tailor this REALITY with what works Best.

Keep in mind this is to Inspire young and old to see the Value

in what Bob Has been doing and help them become Inspired...

and save their lives...with Bob's Heroic soul and mindset...

The shows flow...and key POINTS...

The show will be open to Teens Boys and Girls......College Students

and yes the Handicapped including VETS and anyone we determine would add Inspiration

and Hope for all ages...who believes they too can BEAT THE ODDS...and Honor the

Legacy of Bob Holmes...and become chosen to continue his Work long after he is gone...tough reality but one that is better handled now...then leave the World he helps with out a TEAM to Carry on...

Yes...Imagine ...an Army of Bob Holmes Winners traveling the country helping inspire...and continue his Legacy...and the Value of saving the lives of souls that are so young ...bullied and in desperate life and death need of help...

Simple Series EPISODE OUTLINE...

1) TRY OUTS /AUDITIONS to Compete

...we Travel the Country which would Unite the Viewers to see so many

High Schools...and have the Journey inspire them...(Imagine Other Countries also do a Version to help their children and citizens BEAT THE ODDS...)

2) Back Stories of those we chose to film and use

for the final edit of each episode...for the TRY OUTS aka Auditions

and yes...We Go on YOUTUBE for people to Upload and submit their

Interview Try Out Tape...

3) After they are chosen to Try out...we have Inter-cuts of Bob meeting them and ...their family and friends and teachers...who Ever we determine would add to the story that

we decide works best...

4) the HOME Viewer Audience will Vote for who will be picked to compete...

and Yes. Bob will have the Privilege to select anyone who was not selected that he feels they missed and simply add whoever that is...

5) Then ROUND one the test GAME we need to select every type of TEAM Bob has played...to be guests to play against the Contestants...(and BOB is an expert in organizing that with his Agent Ron Wheeler)...also BOB will be judging not Playing in the GAMES but Coaching and showing the Viewers how great he is...also the Opening Credits will establish his Historic work...and we will focus on the contestants to carry on the BOB HOLMES...ONE MAN VOLLYBALL LEGACY ...

(there will be as Many Winners of Round One as Bob Determines ...and Yes the

VOTES from the Viewers will be the KEY to Winning...however Bob will have a

Special Vote to add anyone he believes should have also been Chosen...and can if he so determines add an Additional winner ... any ties will have a special Playoff round...

6) Then we share more insights of the Contestants ...and how they are feeling about what's happening in the competition...including cell calls to their family and friends...

7) Bob will be the only one judging...in the show...unless we have GUEST STARS from all professions in life...that will change each show...or just one is a regular...it is a creative choice that can be finalized later...

8) the top 10 more or less will go through to the Finals ...

9) The Elimination rounds & Finals may be on location at different schools...or a studio with an Audience that is also allowed to VOTE...at the Finals and yes...HOLLYWOOD would be perfect...the Dream city to inspire the audience to feel the Joy of a great Spiritual Sport Competition...so yes...it also could all be done in one location but ...the AMERICAN IDOL style of traveling to different cities building National Momentum to get to Hollywood...is a very exciting road...and also to do Try Outs at Local High Schools all over the Country is a great experience for the Audience...so whatever works best in the Pilot would be determined by the Producers and their budget...

10) Here is the reality of Awards...the Contestants that WIN...the Honor will be trained and given a one year apprenticeship with Bob...and the real MONEY will go to the Foundation...so there will be a future...they will WIN THE JOB if that is possible...if not they can receive a check for what ever is decided by the Producer...so the Foundation BEAT THE ODDS will be funded by the show...so it's not about a Contestant becoming Rich...it's about they earn the honor to do the work get well paid...or they chose a One time Check...to be determined as I said by the Producer of the show...and yes contractual details will need to be worked out...but the real Money will be used to create and fund the Foundation to be able to continue to find and train individuals that would like to have a job going out to inspire and support the tradition of Bob Holmes and the show will continue for years...to allow the country and the World to carry on the historic work that Bob Holmes has sacrificed so much of his life...and must not be wasted...and or EVER Forgotten... So yes...I thought about this show...and since my own Award Winning Film work is about inspiration and Hope...when I got to know Bob...it became clear what really needs to be created...and accomplished...is a Reality Show of Survival for all souls Young & OLD...to be born...

...that are a legacy to our World...so this is the Intro...the idea...a gift to build a great TEAM...to help inspire you to take ACTION and CREATE a REALITY SHOW that will INSPIRE the VIEWER that they too can be like Bob Holmes and be a truly great SURVIVOR...

and NEVER GIVE UP...just ...BEAT THE ODDS ...
